    Lost access to Xbox Game Pass


    I have Xbox Game Pass set up as a recurring payment. Payment went through on 18/06 but I lost access to Game Pass on the following day. Under my account info, payment is listed as 'pending'. I have changed the payment method but I'm getting an error when
    I try and 'join' Game Pass. Hope you can assist as I have no idea what has happened. XBox ID is ''.

    Others have reported this issue

    Lost access to Hot Wheels last night, reinstalling it doesn't help either. I own the Expansion Pass. Other players have posted in the XBOX Community section that they can't access it either. This seems to be an issue on Microsoft's end.

    Xbox live marketplace error?

    Sorry to hear that you've lost access to your old account. Unfortunately this does mean that you've lost access to any and all content that was purchased along with it as well.

    You will have to repurchase the season pass or dlc with this new account, I'm afraid.

    If you downloaded games through the Game Pass Ultimate, then you will have lost access to them once you let it expire.....you can only play the games whilst a Game Pass subscription is active unless you actually purchase the games.

    Xbox Live Gold just allows you to play any Online components of games
