    Lost Access to Uno


    I bought Uno a few years ago on Xbox One, as well as the Rabbids DLC. I nolonger have Uno in my ready to install and the Rabbids DLC is also not in the store (I understand there's Rayman DLC but this is not the same). I bought Uno on sale, I believe it was
    a Ubisoft publisher sale but I cannot be too sure, but I'm not wanting to have to buy it again.

    Uno and the Rabbids DLC aren't on my transaction history either, but I know for a fact I owned it as I played it with a friend both online and against AI, which were only available to me if I bought the game and not in the trial.

    Any help would be appreciated, as far as I can tell no other game has disappeared from my library so it is puzzling me even more.

    We cannot offer any billing support here in the forums besides pointing you to contact xbox or microsoft directly.

    They will be able to see your entire purchase history. Make sure you're on the right account as well. If you have the same card and know it's the same one.. do not quote me but I'm sure they can see if it was used to purchase that game.

    If you have purchased that deck, then make sure you are logged in with the account that purchased it, and scroll down to the game in my games and apps, and press the menu button on the controller, then select manage game & add-ons, then scroll down to
    ready to install, and the add-on should be there. Select it and install it.

    love the rabbids themed deck, brilliant rules on that one, and they will be bringing more themes out at a later date, chat and video limited to friends for now, which after playing the 360 version for many years could be a good choice due to certain individuals
    with camera's, yuk.
