    Lost access to the Xbox One Update preview forums after the redesign


    Hello, i have the following problem: Before the forum redesign i had access to the XONE Update preview forums but now the X360 preview forums are the only ones listed under "Xbox Insiders". I am still a member of both groups and both my X360 and XONE are
    still enrolled in the program so i guess the forum part got messed up with the redesign. I hope somebody can assist me with this problem. Thank you.

    Suddenly unable to access Xbox One Preview forums - please help!

    After some time away recently due to a family health crisis, I returned and attempted to log in to the Xbox One Preview forums. I found the forum redesign had happened, but it appears I no longer have access to the forums, despite having two consoles enrolled
    in Preview (and still receiving updates). Could someone please look into this and correct it, or advise on what has happened?

    Please may I have access?

    I have registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a "Group not found" error I try to access the private Xbox One Early Access Forum. Can you please give me an access to the Private preview Forum.
