Lost access to The Preview Program

I'm having a problem. My old Xbox One died. I bought a new one. So now I can't find a way to get the Preview Program back on my new Xbox. I was told by Xbox help on Twitter, that I would need to get another invite to the program from someone that
is currently a part of it. As far as I know, none of my friends list can invite me. It sucks that I don't have access to the program anymore. Hoping someone can help.

Hello,

I am (or used to be) a part of the Preview Program. I had the app in the "My Games and Apps" section of my Xbox, and I occasionally would receive messages from Xbox Live telling me about the program. However, since I have factory reset my console, I have
lost access to the app. Is there anything to do to get back, or am I *** out of luck?

Hey there fellow gamer have looked under the apps section all the way to the right in my games and apps? It should still be there and able to download.

My apologies. I don't usually frequent forums, but I can't seem to get this situation resolved. I can't re-download it as when I look in my past downloads, it's not there.

 

My games & apps,then apps & scroll to the far right.

It may take a couple of minutes for everything to appear but that's where it should be.

I've had replacement consoles & that's where I've redownloaded it in the past.

The preview program app should show up in your download history. Just redownload it, open up the app and register the new console. May take a while till the next wave but it should be eventually added to the program.

 

Yeah, nothing works. No matter how long I wait, the app doesn't show up. Someone told me that Microsoft isn't allowing barely anyone else into the program as they are near capacity. Maybe the reason the app isn't showing up on my new Xbox, is that I never
had the chance to disassociate the app from my old Xbox. Does anyone know any other way I can get back in the program. i can't seem to get into the preview forum. I'm pretty much out of options. I'd really love some help with this.

 

The app should still be in your download history.
