You can only link one PSN account to one Microsfot account, if you disconnect it, you won't be able to link another PSN account to it.

To unlink it, access this website:

https://playstation.com/acct/management/

Click on Linked Services

Select Microsoft > Unlink.

Unfortunately right now nope, if you delete or lost access to the account linked to your PSN account. Is not possible to link a different Microsoft account to that PSN account

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account."

In this case you may need to use a different PSN account and link it to a different Microsoft account :c

It is possible that your Microsoft account is already linked to a PlayStation Network (PSN) account that you’re unaware of.

To give you a heads up, once a Microsoft account is linked to a PSN account, it cannot be linked to another PSN account, even if unlinked.

Here are the steps that we can perform:

Please log in to your Microsoft account and check if there’s any record of it being linked to a PSN account. You can do this under Settings > Account > Linked Accounts.

And if you have access to the PSN account it’s linked to, you can unlink it. In the game (e.g., Minecraft), go to Settings > Profile > Unlink Microsoft Account.

NOTE: Keep in mind that unlinking doesn’t allow you to link it to a new PSN account.

If you’re unsure which PSN account your Microsoft account is linked to, I am encouraging you to reach out to PlayStation Support: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/.
