I see. Please go back to the link above and click the "If you still see 'We couldn't find an account with that username'" and click contact support. Please tell the support that your username has stopped working.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out — I really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, the method you gave me didn’t work. When I try it, it still says that my account doesn’t exist or can’t be recognized. I’ve double-checked everything again, but I’m still stuck.

Is there anything else I can try to get my account back?

Thanks for your reply. I followed your instructions and went back to the link, but I couldn’t find the option that says "We couldn't find an account with that username" anywhere on the page. I also couldn’t find a working way to contact support from there.

I’ve tried everything so far, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved — my account is still not recognized at all. Is there another direct link or method I can try to reach support or get help recovering my account?

It literally says “the Microsoft account you have entered does not exist” when I’ve had this account for 7 maybe 8 years? When I try to recover the account with my email it’s saying it literally doesn’t exist but the account still exists like I can add it on Xbox from a different account

Sounds like someone got access to your account and changed the email to your account.
