Lost access to games

If your friend is unable to make your console his Home console, then he will need to
contact us via phone or chat support to see what options he has. We are unable to assist with that here on the forums.

it isnt showing in the payments section, but i litterly bought the game, i have the proof of buying.

can something like that happen? i lost access to my game and my in game name changed, the access to my game is completely lost..

if you loss access to the account you bought the games on you cannot get them back. If you lost access due to forgetting details i would recommend resetting security details. If you lost your account through a permanent suspension then you have lost all
the games that you bought with that account.

Problem is, the edition I bought is no longer available, so the standard edition is not recognised as something I've purchased.

The edition you purchased doesn't need to be available in the Windows Store page in order for you to download it again. Anything you have purchased previously can be found via 'My Library' in the Windows Store.





Then click 'Ready to Install'

First thing to do is to clear system cache to remove corrupted file on your system. Here are the steps to follow:

1.Remove the disc from your console. (Ignore this if digital)

2.Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3.Select System > Settings > System > and then Storage.

4.Select Clear local saved games.

Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox Live cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.

5.Select Yes to confirm.
