Lost Access to Cloud Gaming Beta

Your info still doesn't help me. I lost my whole freaking game because of your "cloud beta". I'm not playing ANY Xbox games where they save to cloud.

Can you get me my lost game back ???

use a USB storage device or the cloud to store your saved games.

You should be well aware by know that its against the non-disclosure agreement, (NDA) that you do not discuss contents related to the beta program. This must be conducted exclusively in the private forum. If you don't have access to the Beta private forum,

Thank you for the overview of the cloud saves. Regarding the second question, am I able to access these files myself? I'm assuming not for the cloud saves as the Xbox(Beta) app is still rough around the edges and obscure but how about the local game files?
