lost access to all my games

I already spoke with customer support they said because two-factor authentication is turned on the only way into the account is with a password. Since I don't know the password the account is basically lost.

I lost my password and because two factor is turned on I can't use the password recovery feature.

As Xbox Ambassador IRB already stated, all purchased content is tied to the account which the purchase was made. You can not transfer or access this content via a new account.

How exactly did you lose access to your account? Did you forget email or password? Was the account banned?
