Lost a year of xbox gold?!

I bought another year of xbox gold 6 months ago on a promotion, and I still had 6 months to go, so I would have a year and a half of gold without having to worry. And it was supposed to expire in June 2019. Just got an e-mail that it expired now, so I'm
a bit miffed that they "lost" a year of my time. I did it just so I didn't have to worry about this.

So can you add my year back on?

Minecraft lost over a year of saves

A few years ago I started building a city in Minecraft (creative) and recently started playing again. I have been playing at least a few days a week for about a month or so. Today I turn my Xbox One on and when I went into Minecraft everything I had build
recently was gone. I quickly exited and went back into where you pick your world and it said my last save was over a year ago!

Minecraft lost over a year of saves

If your console was properly connected online, and had time to synchronize your savegames with the Xbox Live Cloud, you could try to force the console checking the online save storage.

Before you do that: Be aware that we are going to delete your local save copies. If the console did NOT upload your saves to the Cloud, the local saves will be gone!!!

To force the download from the cloud, go to "My Games and Apps" and go to the Minecraft tile. There press the menu button (the small button on the right of the Xbox Button with the three lines), then choose to manage the game.

On the right, you should see buttons to clear the local save storage, and to delete saves from all consoles (i.e. the cloud).

ONLY delete the LOCAL storage, do NOT delete the save from all consoles!!!

After the local save storage is deleted, start Minecraft.

The console should then synchronize the savegames with the cloud. Do not abort that process!

If you have luck, and only your local save storage was affected, you should now have your savegames back.

If not, then I'm afraid your savegame is completely lost :-(

When you sign in at account.live.com and go to services and subscriptions what date does it show for your end date for your subscription?

If it shows june 2019 then thats the date you go by

If it shows now then check your order history at that website and see if there was a purchase for live done back 6 months ago or what you were charged for back then.

I missed that my subscription for xbox live gold had run out, by 23 days, have i lost my active years now?

I had 7 years active i would suck if they were lost.

once you resub to gold it should go back to showing 7, but you won't get to 8 until however long of the gap you added since you started missing some days would be the thing.

But i guarantee the tenure on the OPs profile is correct.

The tenure is no longer the number of years you have been on xbox live. The tenure number now corresponds to the number of accumulative years the profile has been Gold.

My account active and gold since 2008 and it displays a 6.

OPs profile avtive since 2008 gold for only 2 of those years.

Is anyway to verify it somehow ? If the two step verification is on and i guess i lost the one year gold membership and games i paid for digitally?
