Lost a game I bought online for xbox one. What do I do

Another way you can try to download the game again would be through your cell phone. Download the Xbox app, enter the Xbox app, download the game, the game will start on your Xbox, after finishing see if you start the game.

That would typically mean the code was redeemed on a different account. The person who redeemed the code would need to sign into the console to install it.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that it is showing as "completed" under the correct Microsoft account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

Once confirmed that it is showing from there, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Yes you should be able to get a refund on the 12 month sub once you are within the 30 day refund period form the time of purchase.
