Lost a bunch of gamerscore on my XBL account?

Hey, I talked to a support person already and they referred me here. I explained what happened to them and I will do it again here. Me and a few of my buddies went into a Call of Duty 4 lobby and typically it was modded to hell. In the game, my player
character gained experience upon experience point. No matter right? Well, not exactly, I don't know how the hell this is possible but mine and my friends gamerscores were all raised to 100%, however only on xbox 360 games and not on xbox one??? At first I
just thought, whatever, I'll just forget about it, I don't really play on my 360 anymore anyway. However, I ended up losing EVERY LAST BIT OF GAMERSCORE I had, including the gamerscore I had legitimately earned over the past five years. That's over 35,000!!!

I talked to said that this could be resolved if I explained it here. I want all my hard earned gamerscore returned to me, it's quite frustrating losing OVER 35,000 legitimate gamerscore. I've supported Xbox since the very first Xbox was released years and
years ago and I feel like I caught the short end of the stick here. Thank you for your time and any help is likewise appreciated!

Lost a whole bunch of skins

I was playing Borderlands 2 the other day the other day my game froze and I lost all my bad *** points (but once I loaded up all my separate games and i got them back) but many of my skins for veichles and for all my characters skin were lost including
ones i got from shift codes were all gone, has anyone else had this problem?

Not the same problem but on the 26th of May I was not able to load my default character it was actually loading up my backup, it was getting annoying because I found a nice Legendary grenade mod and Pearlescent Assault Rifle one hour before this problem
and it wasn't loading... it was the same toon and like I said It's as if it was loading my backup of that build I got it back though after deleting the backup file and loading the defaul,t some weird stuff that day.

 

When you receive a gamerscore reset, all of your gamerscore is wiped even if the majority of it was earned legitimately. You will be unable to re-earn any of the wiped achievements.
