Lost 7 years of add ons arcade gsmes expansion

My sons friend turned his avatar blue last month. It ended up getting us a gamertag ban until 12/31/9999. So for that VERY minor "tampering", microsoft decides they will ban the gamertag we used, effectively stealling all of the many many expansion packs
, ad-ons, arcade games,etc that we spent WAY too much hard earned money on.

...oh,but if we want to get a NEW gamertag and spend $60 on LIVE and start fresh,minus everything we BOUGHT in the past years,thats fine?...really?...got to love these bullies....

Oh , and thank you for making a 12 year old cry for days. Taking away all those countless hours of playing those games for what?

Multiplayer button not working >_<

you should redownload the game (long download due to GB content), multiplayer add on, and the 3 deck add ons (free or pay to unlock playable decks). i cannot confirm that the expansion is necessary, but since there are additional decks with the expansion,
the same rule may apply to them as it does to the 3 other deck add ons. idk if there is a free expansion download like with the 3 decks so that your multiplayer experience can "recognize" the expansion decks of other players.

 

Purchasing Games and content

There are only a few games that don't have any add ons that are xbox arcade games, but there are lots of Indie Games that don't have any add-ons. The only way to have a full game is to buy all of the add-ons.

 

...by the way, our gamertag was midnitetiger2. We had it through all 3 consoles that we had to buy. Maybe if my son eould have turned his avatar RED to match Microsoft s grand Red Ring of Death fiasco, it would have been ok

 

Perhaps you should of read the terms & conditions & explained them to your son.

Modding your avatar will result in a permanent ban.When you get banned you forfiet any dlc,remaining live subscription etc.

You agreed to this when you started the acount so nothing has been stolen from you.

Any type of modding is not accepted on xbox live,no matter what it is.

Yee, I agree if someone makes threats, steals, etc, but this?...I would have gotten banned from nintendo a long time ago for pressing up down up down left right left right a b a b.

 

Pressing up,down etc. on a game is a cheat that is built into the game by the developers,it is not something you have modded.

Any kind of modding is not tollerated.

Doesn't matter if you think it's a minor offence or not,you/your son agreed to the rules,you/your son broke them & now you are here moaning about being punished.

 

You broke the rules, it has consequences. Harsh but it is what it is.
