    Lost 50,000 Gamerscore


    My gamertag is SirEliteTheUgly and I'm an achievement hunter with over 6 years on my account with 80,000+ gamerscore.

    So I went onto the mobile app today and I was looking at my feed. All of a sudden I look at my profile and it said I have 30,000 gamerscore. I freaked out and asked my friends so look as well and they saw the same so I'm not sure it's a glitch or some server
    issue. I've had NO suspensions or warnings this year but I previously had 3 but that's from awhile ago from a few year span that I remember. What's going on? Will this be fixed? I looked at my own feed as well and every achievement related post was wiped all
    the way to 2017.

    I've had this happen to me too. I have over 900,000 Gamerscore and it dropped down to 700,000. This was a while ago though. It hasn't happened to me since. It took a few days, but it eventually fixed itself.

    I was always under the impression that when a gamerscore correction is done, it's not just "illegal" score that's removed, but the entirety of it, that is, it's reset to zero?

    Gamerscore and achievement corrections occur on a player’s Xbox Live account when they gain achievements or other awards through the manipulation of an Xbox profile using external or unauthorized tools and/or hardware. When a Gamerscore correction occurs
    the player’s Gamerscore is reset and previously-earned achievements remain unobtainable.

    I have NEVER hacked into anything in my life, I don't even know how to use a computer in its setting most of the time. How can they reas this? I put so much time into playing games for achievements and this is how they repay me? I have friends who get thousands
    of GS every month and they are fine.

    Only enforcement can do something like that, It might be a visual bug so try re downloading your gamer tag to refresh it, enforcement.xbox.com Please double check on the enforcement
    page if they removed some. Sometimes if it's a visual bug it will get refreshed in a few days, seen a few cases on both ends.

    You should wait a little bit, I can imagine that this will become fixed again and the GS will come back. The last few days there have been problems with XBOX Live. Have a bit of patience, check out XBOX Com and your console as your status is.
