Lost 40,000+ Gamerscore

last night I finished all the achievements for Quantum Break and I went to double check on my profile and I lost 40,000 or so Gamerscore and 27 games got wiped down to 0%. The games still say the achievements are unlocked with time stamps but there's no
score for them? Help!?

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II has 2,000 Gamerscore.

No I'm not

 

This is something I've seen a few times in the past few months.

No idea why it happens but it has always corrected itself within a few days.

You can try the steps
here but it should just sort itself out.

If not then post back after 72 hours.

 

It's been a week now and it's still not fixed. Getting a little discouraged. I read on True Achievements and a few other forums, that other people have had the same issue and it eventually fixed itself. But 90% of the people said it was fixed after a few
days.

 

Are you 100% sure your console is not registered in the Insider program?

Have you had any console updates recently?

Did you fill out the survey at the bottom of the page I linked?

To clarify, are you still seeing an incorrect Gamerscore? After taking a look into the games on your account it doesn't appear any previous achievements are missing despite being unlocked.

 

Just signed on and looked at my profile and saw it fix itself. To clarify a few things: I never signed up for the insider program. I didn't do the survey Badger posted (sorry) and my account was reading 94K Gamerscore when it should of said 132K. When I
looked at for example 'Master Chief Collection' it would say 0 Achievements and 0 Gamerscore. But I had 530 Achievements totaling 5,000 Achievements and it listed all of my achievements as still unlocked with time stamps for each one. I was messaging back
and forth with her name was Gigi from Xbox support last week before I wrote on this forum. She had me factory reset my console, reset my network, do the most recent update on the console. After nothing worked she said she forwarded all of my info to the hardware
team and they would get back to me on my email. Which she did but the email claimed that the hardware team couldn't figure out what the problem was and they couldn't do anything about it. Then she informed me to post in these forums. Ok...sorry for the long
post but that's the whole story. Thank you very much to both of you for responded and getting back to me. I'm obviously very glad it's fixed and hopefully that doesn't happen again. Thank you again

Sounds like it was the bug that happens very rarely.

I know how it feels,i had 90k Gamerscore go missing a couple of weeks ago but that was down to the Insider program which is why I asked if you was in that or not.

I did get my Gamerscore back thankfully.
