Lost 15€ on my account after i use shoppingcart

Like the title said i lost 15€ after atempt of buying destiny2 silver (500&1000) on my xb1 in the store while use the new shoppingcart .My purchase history shows i used a 15€paycard but not the silver purchase. If im try to look into the shoppingcart i got
an error msg (unknownerror-unknownerror)

I also check out destiny2 ingame but there is NO silver on my account.

Lost my Xbox Live Gold tenure

My account lapsed for about a week, when I renewed my xbox live gold I lost my tenure of around 15 years. I contacted support and they said it would not come back. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Any experience with it coming back after a certain
amount of time? Thanks

Thanks for your post. Sometimes after purchasing in-game currency, the game can take a while to recognize and provide the purchased content. To troubleshoot this, try

Removing your Account from the console, performing a
Hard Reset, and then adding the account again.

I tryed but it dosnt working, i also looked on microsoft billing.com but in my puchase history the silver currence isnt listed. Even after 5h i dont recieved ingame anything

If i try to use the shoping cart again it still says something about microsoft sided issues.

I had no unpayed bills.

This is the system msg i got all the time when i try to use the on xbox or www. with german language / europe setting. If i switch to usa it says my cart is empty. There is no support aviable on german side...

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this issue. If you've gone to your

Order History and it shows that the purchase went through successfully and the currency is still not showing up in the game. Then, I would suggest to contact Live Support. This way they can review the account further to resolve the issue as we don't have
the tools here in the forums.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(payment & billing)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

 

Thank you very much for the help! I tryd the live chat a few hours ago and now the "ticket" was transfered to a higher lvl support team it seems the issue is server related.
