Loss of Xbox Account

Hello, Francia! I know an email that has been associated with the account, but nobody has access to it anymore, as much as I know.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with your account. If you'd like to recover your log in email to your main Gamertag, then I would recommend using our

Lost Account Solution in order to do so. Once recovered, you can sign it into your Xbox One and then you'll have access to your games and subscriptions as our Ambassadors stated.

If you're having issues in recovering the account using the wizard tool, then I further recommend that you
request a call back from Xbox Support where they'll be able to assist you in getting the account recovered.

When you say you lost your account do you mean you don't remember either the email or the password associated with it?

Additionally unless you use the account that has made the purchases you can't use the games under another account.

First you can recover your account here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/lost-password-solution.
Once recover you be able to download all your purchase games.
