Loss of sound when switching from one guide back to normal xbox usages

Xbox listen sound both TV and headset when switching from one guide which is connected via H DMI to a laptop to normal xbox whether that would be an app or game there is a complete loss of the sound the only known way that I know to fix this is to restart the xbox completely I was wondering if there's any other workarounds because it gets annoying from when I'm watching anime on my laptop to switch to play game I've to restart my xbox....

Screen goes black or says that cable box isn't connected for 20-30 seconds when changing channel.

I found a work around to this issue.

On your sky box, go to settings - sound - you will probably see digital audio set to Dolby D. If you set that to "normal" and save it, it will stop that signal loss issue when switching from HD to non HD channels.

This is only a work around as you now don't get Dolby Digital sound from your sky box which is not great. I think there is an issue the way xbox handles the switch between Dolby and non- Dolby in non HD channels.

Having extremely low Upload speed on Xbox One, causing FIFA and other games to be unplayable.

When ever I speed test on the xbox my upload speeds never test near normal. I'm guessing it has to do with the servers they choose to ping for the test. Speedtest can be less than reliable depending to servers that are used to do the test. If your experiencing
stutter I would guess the connection is unstable. is there a reason your running a switch from your router? I haven't seen a switch used in a home network in a long time. Might call your ISP and see if they see anything from their end. Sounds like there is
noise in the connection. You can also check your modem for any errors. I didnt see you post anything about packet loss if there is any or not. Looking at the trace route there is packet loss showing there. Which brings me back to unstable connection and possible
    noise in the line.

    Xbox one fan noise

By silent, i mean I should not be hearing that little grinning sound that seems to be a harddrive sound. The xbox one of my friend was making the little fan noise which is normal. that little tickling grinning sound coming especially from the back of my
