Discus and support Loss of saved data in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I think it is ridiculous that when i travel and take my Xbox i have to play offline.     I think it is ridiculous that when i travel and take my Xbox i have to play offline. Then when i get back home and have internet, it syncs with cloud data and i lose everything. This is not fun and makes me want ot smash my Xbox. You need to fix this.
    We don't need to be connected online all the time. I lost progress in a game now with over 30 hours put into it and have no desire to go back. Tell me the value in that? I feel it is a waste of money.

    Save data loss?

    As long as "you" retain the game save (and don't move it to USB drive while using friend's GT for example), it should be golden.

    Is a good idea to delete the SSX ghost save?

    I deleted mine with no adverse affects no data corruption or loss of save data so yes it is safe to delete it but keep in mind it will always save your best ghost there is unfortunately no way to disable it to my knowledge hope this answers your question

    There seems that it would be an issue with the save or a cloud save . Refunds would have to be for a game with less then 2 hours played , withing 10 days , and no acheivements . So i do not see a return happening for this. There is a way to do a soft reset
    and still keep gave save data, but it is all backed up in the cloud and would synced back when you launched the games

    Hello ! My name is Jeremy and I’m happy to help you with your question.

    I’m sorry to hear that.

    This sounds like there is corruption in the save file.

    Do you have a save data file that is older then your current save data?

    You could revert to the other save data to try to minimize loss, however if the save data is corrupted you will unfortunately lose all the save data and your progress.

    A way to test it would be to back up your save data somewhere inaccessible by the game and then try to launch the game with a brand new save.

    If the game works then you know it is corruption in your save data.
