    Loss of Premium which I paid for just about a week ago and it doesn't come up premium


    I paid for premium and now it doesn't come up premium and I don't want to pay for it a second time. I have tried the uninstall and rebooting when I have done that to reinstall. When then when I click to play it has the adds and says that I can upgrade.
    I just did that and how do I get it back.

    Premium Sub "Expired" After One Week?

    Microsoft Solitaire Premium on iOS

    On 3/26 of this year (less than 6 months ago) I paid for a 1-year premium subscription for Microsoft's Solitaire so I didn't have to see ads. I play that game on my iPhone daily.

    As of about a week ago, the app no longer sees that I paid for premium and is showing ads. I logged out and back in again, same problem. I deleted the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it, same problem.

    When I play the app on my Windows 10 laptop, that version recognizes that I paid for the premium subscription, so no ads there. But I play it way more on my phone than on my laptop, so this is really annoying.

    You downloaded premium itself (the pack) in the 2 GB update the game had a few weeks ago. Go to your download history to find the 108kb download which is what you download when you buy Premium itself there.

    I thought the premium and dlc was just for that account that purchased it
