Loss of license on destiny 2 forsaken for no reason

I lost my ownership of destiny 2 forsaken for no reason. The game said that the dlc was missing and that i needed to redownload, it was actually installed from when i got it on launch in September. I deleted forsaken and when i went to the store to re
download it hit me with a $39.99 price tag and said i did not own it. Please help. i have over 100+ hours on this game and have spent god knows how much money and now i cannot even play it. The store is trying to make me rebuy what i have owned for months!

Destiny 2 DLC

Hi, to play Forsaken on destiny 2, you also need the Curse of Osiris and Warmind. As you own Destiny 2 already, you will have to purchase The Expansion pass, which will give you the 1st two dlc, and then purchase the Forsaken dlc seperately.

Forsaken is available separately, as that is how I bought it from in the game. You could try getting it from this link instead (With pass)

As for buying the pass separately, you can't yet, as not available to purchase yet on it's own.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can be concerning when a game entitlement or DLC goes missing. Please
check the order
history for previously purchased games and DLC. There should also be an email sent to the account that completed the purchase. It will be a confirmation email with the order ID.

Another option would be to the
entitlements on the Xbox My
Games page. If it does not show here then it could be that the item was purchased on another account. If it does show it then
I would recommend trying to remove
and re-add your account.

Side Note:
It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the
console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it
will show in this box.

Sorry to hear it. Please try highlighting the game from the dashboard then press the Start button on your controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to see if the DLC is listed there.

You can also check your billing history at
account.microsoft.com to make sure there were no issues with the purchase.

If everything looks good on your end but you still do not have access to the content you may need to contact Bungie for more assistance
