    I purchased the Premium version of Microsoft Jigsaw a few months back. Everything was working fine until about a week ago. At that point, even though the system states I have premium until Sept. 2016, the ads are appearing again & I have lost all of the
    premium functionality. I have tried uninstalling & re-installing the program to no avail. It is happening on any/all of my devices that I play this on. Now when I click to rid the ads, a window pops up stating that I have premium until Sept 2016 & to click
    on the purchase button below to add the premium to the computer. When I click there, nothing happens. Any ideas how to correct this?

    Jigsaw won't load

  3. After Windows 10 Update, purchased games listed as "expired"

    I purchased an app on November 19, 2015 (Microsoft Jigsaw) and then today my Windows 10 updated and now it says my premium Jigsaw subscription has expired. It was supposedly purchased for a year, and the invoice is in my account. But my game no longer says
    Premium.

  5. Both Jigsaw and Mahjong have lost premium features and tell me that my subscription has expired even though clicking the upgrade now link tells me that I have a subscription valid until February. Xbox support tell me that it is a problem that the developers
    need to sort out and that they have elevated the problem to them

    I just tried to purchase the Mahjong premium and it's doing the same thing. Be nice if they'd get a fix out for it soon

    I purchased a one-year Jigsaw Premium subscription on November 19, 2015. On December 16, 2015 the game said my subscription expired. After almost an HOUR in chat with assorted Microsoft reps, they credited me back my ten bucks, and I purchased it again on
    December 17. Today it shows as expired AGAIN. This is ridiculous.

    The first time it happened was right after I did the Windows 10 update - but now I think that was just a coincidence.

  10. I've just spent the past hour being kicked around from one chat support person to another. NOBODY is willing to discuss a solution. One rep suggested I uninstall and reinstall - did that and now ALL the collections that were purchased with points, all the
    history is gone. I was assured they would stay with the account - they didn't. This is the only game my 85yr old mother plays, and she is heartbroken. And I can't get anyone to do anything but offer refunds. We don't want refunds, we want the game we purchased
    and her game history and collections back.

    I notice there has not been any reps responding to this post, either. I have to think this is some kind of weird scam.

    I'm now in the same boat. I purchased the premium Jigsaw features a week ago, and today my premium features disappeared. Will try my luck with support and see what happens.

    The customer service rep I chatted with provided me with this link. It seems they are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it. I guess it's just a waiting game then.
