    Loss of Internet Connectivity during gameplay


    ONLY while playing Microsoft Jigsaw do I experience random and frequent disconnects from my wireless network, I am trying to determine if there is any way possible that the Microsoft Jigsaw application is the cause of the network disconnects. Every single
    time this happens, I have to exit the application and reconnect to the network. This is happening multiple times a day and sometimes as often as every 15-20 minutes.

    Lately, I have been dealing with one issue after another with Microsoft Jigsaw. Now multiple times while in Microsoft Jigsaw, the mouse becomes unresponsive. The display temporarily goes black and then goes back to the desktop. When I click on the Microsoft
    Jigsaw icon in the taskbar, it opens back up but I have to wait for it to restart.

    What is causing this to happen?

    I am still continuing to experience network disconnects ONLY while playing Microsoft Jigsaw. I am convinced that something in this application is making the WiFi disconnect frequently. I'd like assistance in resolving this issue.

    Your WiFi should affect the game, not the other way around. Have you tried playing through a wired connection or playing closer to your router?

    Still looking for help with this issue. I am really becoming frustrated with the frequency of which this is happening.

    All registry setting have been restored to their default settings. There are currently no Windows updates to install. An update to Microsoft Jigsaw was installed, but that has not resolved the issue.
