Loss of Game Save no way to recover..

This is no big deal to me but all my friends and family are not happy

I have over 30 tables for Pinball FX 2 on the XB1 all tables with high scores that everyone had always been trying to beat but the save file must have corrupted.

Here is what happen I loaded Pinball and left the room to go get some others who wanted to play gave the controller to a mate to finish the loading and play a game but when I came back I had noticed the Scores were playing up it said 98M until all time score
when the game finished I noticed my mate had signed into the guest profile thinking all the high scores were on there.

I logged out of the profile and back on to mine and didnt notice it was still the guest save file another friend had a turn and got a high score which I found odd then found out all the high scores were reset and after the 2nd friend had a turn it saved to
the cloud but the save file is still on the Xbox but with no profile asigned to it is there any way to reasign the save back to my profile so I can get my high scores back

Enforcement Team about Gears of War 3 lvl 1 glitch reset

Just got off of the phone with support. 'Tis true, there's no way to recover it if the game saves, presumably at all. Sucks. What really needs to be done is to make Epic aware of the glitch (assuming they aren't already) so they can prevent future losses.

 

Retrieving Saved Games

I am afraid there is no way I know of to recover game saves from a deleted profile.

Sorry to hear about the save data issue. Let's start by holding the power for 10 seconds to power off. Power back on, sign in to only your profile and launch the game. Hopefully it should salvage the cloud save and you can see your high scores. If that doesn't
work, try deleting the save you have on the console and re-download your profile to the Xbox One console.

Do delete Xbox One save data, follow the steps below:

• From the Xbox One Dashboard, select My Games & Apps.
• In this menu, navigate to Pinball FX 2 and press the Menu button.
• On the menu, select Manage game.
• Once you're there, find the Saved Data for your profile and delete saved data.

The data on the cloud it not the save file I need the cloud saved the new save to it before I noticed it the only data left of the game save is on the console itself with no gamer picture on it meaning its no ones save file.

I will try deleting my profile only without the saved games and hopefully when I sign in it connects me to the right save file.
