    Good evening,

    I post this message because i loose my email address of my account, but i know my gamertag and my password. Is it possible to find this email address or no ? Otherwise what to do ?

    Changing email addresses on a profile .

    It's been over 60 days since I've tried ChellMyBelle's advice regarding receiving email from Xbox on the new email address attached to my profile . So far , it hasn't worked ; thought it would , sounded logical . Still get email to the original address I
    switched from .

    Once again , I'm at a loss . Switched email addresses on my profile , successful . Updated contact info on my MS account , but no joy .

    Advice anyone ?

    Thanks I've tried this but as soon as I sign in it puts me back to the temporarily suspended screen and can go no further I think its the email address for the account as I've just tried to log to email address attached to the live account and can't use
    it I'm at a loss on what to do.

    Sorry for your loss. Did he have a Facebook account or anything like that? Facebook displays your email address so maybe he used that same one?

    Hi, I havnt got a clue what to do, the email address is the same Ive just loss everything.

    Is there anyway they can retreive my gamer tag somehow?
