    I lost a $10 credit to my account that I received on June 21 2016 due to an error on Microsoft's part. I read the discription of the credit and I had until the end of June 2017 to use it. I need to get it back. Any help is appreciated.

    cable goes out i get a credit on the next statement, no cell service same thing...when can i expect Microsoft to compensate me for the loss of services?

    Game ME3 preorders being cancelled.

    More info coming in. Both Game Group stores have lost credit insurance so no companies will sell to them on credit due to the potential loss. Also More rumours that Ubisoft have also been considering pulling support too

    If they sent you here, that usually means there's nothing they can do. Phone and chat support are the only ones who would have the power to do anything about funds in your account. Rewards support does not have access to your billing account.
