    Loss of control during game.


    Enjoy playing Sudoku but the controls freeze during the game for 10 to 100 seconds. The timer still runs but cannot place/erase/change numbers. Eventually the game allows the controls to work but is frustrating to halt play. Is this a new problem or ongoing?.
    Please let me know if there is a solution.

    Loss of mouse during gameplay

    Lately, I have been dealing with one issue after another with Microsoft Jigsaw. Now multiple times while in Microsoft Jigsaw, the mouse becomes unresponsive. The display temporarily goes black and then goes back to the desktop. When I click on the Microsoft
    Jigsaw icon in the taskbar, it opens back up but I have to wait for it to restart.

    What is causing this to happen?

    Still looking for help with this issue. I am really becoming frustrated with the frequency of which this is happening.

    All registry setting have been restored to their default settings. There are currently no Windows updates to install. An update to Microsoft Jigsaw was installed, but that has not resolved the issue.
