    Well, it depends on what exactly happens after. Are you able to connect up just fine after that? If so, are you running wireless by any chance? I would also like to know the router that you are connecting up to. Post back with this info, and it will be a
    good starting place for us.

    Hey LurkingJungle34! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Check out the Casual Games FAQ for some basic troubleshooting steps and Error
    Codes & How to Fix Your Game
    for some additional steps. If you could, please provide the following information as well:

    • Region:
    • Device:
    • Mobile (Y/N):
    • Operating System:
    • Wired or wireless connection:
    Additionally if you could please upload a DXDiag file to a file hosting service like OneDrive, that will greatly help us in sorting out what may be going on. Steps can be found here (Note:

  5. OK, I have done all the usual troubleshooting steps. I am in New Zealand, I am using windows 10 on an acer p.c., not mobile. 32 bit operating system, x64-based processor. I have a wired system which has download speed of 52mbps.
    I have one drive already. Everything was operating fine with Bingo until yesterday morning.. Since then it has come up immediately with server connection error. I note that I am certainly not the only one with the exact same problem. Time of this message
