    I play the solitaire challenge every day on my desk top pc, for the last couple of months I win coins for 21 days and then I lose all those coins until the 1st of the month when I start all over again. When I play the game and win the coins go to the bar
    on the bottom but when I finish the next game the coins for the game before has gone. The calendar proves that I have finished the game, has anyone got an answer to this problem please. I play the games on my other pc as teenbobcat 42188 and that is the one
    I am having trouble with.

    I play MS daily challenge solitaire every day and am rewarded with coins and badges. Just recently my coins are gone as soon as I earn them, I can log out and return and the coins are there but as soon as I play another game the coins disappear. I paid
    to become a premium user but I am not getting a premium service.

    Bummer, sorry to hear it. The Microsoft Casual Games team actually just came out with a new website that has a link to chat with a representative about more complex technical issues on the main page

    No luck I am afraid, I have done just about everything to keep my coins and as the last resort I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. This made not a scrap of difference. Any other thoughts please?

    Hi Mister Mascot, I have tried just about everything to keep my coins but to no avail. As a last resort I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but the first game I played gave me 200 coins but when I clicked for the next game all these disappeared. No
    days left and zero coins. Hopefully perhaps the month of June will put things right.

    I found my daily challenge coins being reset.

    Yet again. Coins & badges reset. I think the common factor in my coin loss events is the video advert that it insisted on showing beforehand.
