Loss of avatar and games data, need to restore

Trying to setup Xbox live, somehow created too many of the same profiles, in the attempt to clear these extra profiles, deleted previous avatars with ALL games data/achievements.

spent time with goody on call desk, if deleted avatar only they could help, but seems that data was wiped as well.

can we restore data and avatars?

Backing up my Xbox console

You dont really need to back up on a 360, the data is secure on the hard drive, ive never heard of faults and loss of data

 

I’m really pissed about this

This can sometimes happen after a irregular shutdown due to loss of power. You may need to factory restore your Xbox to reverse what damage was caused by the abrupt power down.

 

Games can be redownloaded from your Download History. On the console go to Settings>Accounts>Download History with the gamertag that originally purchased it.

Achievements are linked to the gamertag and cannot be deleted except by the PET for enforcement purposes.

If your gamertag was deleted you can redownload it on the console by going to Social>Sign In/Out>Download and follow the instructions.
