Loss of all my 360 achivements

Looks like you've had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

When this happens all of your xbox 360 achievements are reset & can not be unlocked again on that account.

yeah I can get 360 achievements I didn't have before and i get xbox one acjivements as well. It's was my little brother about 7-8 years ago who was on my console was using a action replay thing . I kicked off at him when he told me that he piped the rest
of my achievements for viva pinata. He never went on the console again and about 6 years later I get a 2 week ban taken off preview program and all my achievements taken off me . I understand my account is my responsibility but all that taken off me because
of poor judgement letting my brother use my console is a bit harsh especially as I'm a long time player 11 years of Xbox live

That sounds like it could be the reason, thanks for clarifying. As Daft Badger mentioned, if you want to be able to re-earn those achievements again, you'll need to start a new account. Any new Xbox 360 games you've not played since the correction took place
will be earnable as well.

"What are Gamerscore corrections?
Gamerscore and achievement corrections occur on a player’s Xbox Live account when they gain achievements or other awards through the manipulation of an Xbox profile using external or unauthorized tools and/or hardware. When a Gamerscore correction occurs
the player’s Gamerscore is reset and previously-earned achievements remain unobtainable."

Are you able to earn Achievements on an Xbox 360 game you have not played before? What about Xbox One titles?

Not really.Other platforms will ban you outright if you are caught modding anything.

You can't be on the Insider program if you have had any enforcement action on your account within the past year which is why you were removed.

The rules are the same for everyone,no matter how many years you've been on xbox live.

If you want to earn those reset achievements again but legitimately then you will have to start a new account.
