This is the 3rd time I will be having to post here because I have not had my issue solved. (Link to 2nd time I asked for help and received nothing of use https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/xba_profile-xbo_accmgm/my-account-migration-on-minecraft-issue-has-still/63613f77-d7d8-4320-87df-dd4df60d7090) . My old minecraft account that has been successfully linked to my microsoft account for some reason doesnt apear on my microsoft account as something I own. Is there a chance that I have 2 microsoft accounts with the same email? If so please send me a password reset for whichever microsoft email doesnt have the account "DietaryYew85936" but instead the account that owns Minecraft Java edition. My username on minecraft was and I am really tired of this on and off on this website where people give me useless tips. I have tried everything I can do on my end I need you Microsoft people to do what you can now. As stated before I have proof that this is my email and this is my account becasue I have bought a rank on Hypixel using the same email with the said account. Please just let me reset my password or just give me a refund of the game so I can buy it again without having to lose money for no reason. Once again the email the account is linked to the minecraft account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** but when I log in with that email through the microsoft log in on the minecraft page I get put into some random account "DietaryYew85936" that doesnt even have the minecraft Java edition .

Please dont reply with a link to a FAQ just send me a password reset or give me my game back somehow I literally cannot do anything to fix this.

Or maybe better yet, just merge the 2 accounts into one singular account or something. I havent played minecraft since 2021 and I dont feel like wasting money please I beg fix this issue already.

If it was purchased on the wrong gamertag account, you need to contact Support ASAP. IF you wait too long they can't do anything about it.

well for one thing as long as your account is out of region you will continue to have issues downloading content

if this is a temporary visit don't migrate

however as long as you are outside the us you cannot download region locked content

yes gears of war 3 is region locked

only way to redownload it is to be physically back in the US

now to purchase gears of war you will either need to have a Brazilian account as you physically are in brazil or migrate your account but this will not fix the gears of war 3 issue as it is a us content not a brazil

but when you move back to the us you will lose access to gears of war 1 as it is also region locked

this is why it is better if you wait till yuou are in the us if a temporary visit

I just did not understood the British account or Canada migration part since I have nothing to do with any of those countries, and you mention 21 days because of the unpaid balance and then 90 days because of migration?

Anyhow, I'm not waiting that long, I'm buying a PlayStation 5 and dumping the Xbox.

Forum support isn't going to be able to fix it. You'll have to wait until chat gets to you or use the phone. Either way you're facing a long wait due to the XBone launch.
