    Loss of account after last update


    Hello, around September 30th there was an update of my Xbox one and after this I try to connect with my username and password and there I find a nickname that is not at all mine so I use the same username and password. And because of this I lost all my advancement
    in all my games as well as the free month of the Xbox live.

    I also filled out the form to try to recover my real account but nothing like result it returned me on the false account at the last test.

    I hope you can help me.

    Packet loss after the last console update 10.0.15063.2022

    Why before the last console/system update 10.0.15063.2022 with the same cables, same router, same connection same, same home, same spot i have no packet loss at all and now i have 7 - 15% packet loss without change anything at all.

    I make a detailed network statistics without download anything at all.

    Why is that happening?

    What the heck Microsoft change at this console update?

    I try even change my mtu from 1492 to 1450 or 1480 or 1400 without any success to get 0% packer loss as before the update.

    I have the xbox one s 2tb console.

    Just updated my xbox app on windows 10 the other day. Still having issues. Stream would work fine for several minutes and then lose connection. After the first loss of connection it won't last for more than 2 minutes before losing it again. Been having
    issues since the summer update.

    Hey Jungtaki -

    I'm not 100% sure I understand the issue you are experiencing. Is there input lag between the controller and the console or is it taking a couple minutes for your controller to sync to your console? First thing to try is

    power cycling     your console as that can often clear up a lot of weird things. If that doesn't work, try connecting your controller to your console with a USB cable to see if that helps.

    More information will help us provide better troubleshooting steps. :)

    Do you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription? If so, is it still active?

    If it isn’t, your daughter won’t be able to play the games she’s downloaded through Games With Gold until the Xbox Live Gold subscription is renewed.

    Unknown Update daughter informed that it had updated. X Box live not active on system at the moment but loss should not have been down to that. Have tried subscription renewal some have appeared but not all. Thanks for response it may answer in some way

    Can you please say what "update" this was. This seems to me that your (or your daughters) Xbox Live has expired. You may have to renew.
