Losing xbox Live connection

I received an update from XBOX yesterday morning and now at the most inopportune time my connection from XBOX Live is lost. I am getting dropped every 10 to 20 minutes. I checked Internet connection and it is fine. Any suggestions?

I apologies for the issue that you're currently experiencing. If you can please try the steps I give you to see if they help with the network connection. Please reset Network connection. (Settings, Network, (Y). Once you do that. Please Reset you're modem.
Most standard modems have a reset option within the back. Otherwise, please turn it off and wait about 5-10min. Once that's done please go back to the Xbox and clear the system cache. (System, Settings, Storage, Hover over the Hard-Drive and click (Y). Please
do this three times. To ensure anything unneeded is cleared. Please then restart the system and attempt to re-connect. Please keep us updated.

OK, I did what you told to do last night and it worked for awhile. I was able to play this morning without any trouble until 20 minutes again i got a Code: 80004004 error and now I cant connect at all.

 

I tried to do what you said before but still nothing.

 

I have most of my trouble, but all of it, when I am playing WARFACE. And all the issues have been after an update to my XBOX two days ago. Can you just send another update to my system of at least check it out? I was not able to log into XBOX Live at all
until just a minute ago, but I am not sure how long it will last. I am not playing anything at all right now.

I looked into the error code you provided:

Error 80004004 occurs when you access a game file in cloud storage on Xbox Live. You see error code 80004004 when you try to access a game file that is saved in cloud storage on Xbox Live. Error 80004004 is preceded by the following message:

Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.

Status code: 80004004

This means that you cannot access the Xbox Live servers and that some Xbox features are not available. This issue can occur because of system maintenance or a temporary Xbox Live issue.

Note: When this issue occurs, you may experience additional problems. For example, you may also be unable to play content that you purchase. Please try this; To work around this issue, copy the saved game file to a storage device on your Xbox 360 console.
For example, you can copy the saved game file to an Xbox 360 Hard Drive or to a USB flash drive.

Please let us know if trying the following solution helps. Unfortunately, can't re-send Xbox Updates. However, you may re-download the update. You will need to contact Xbox Support to get the Code to do so for you're system. Please keep us updated.

Down bellow is the steps to re-download you're system update. This will not delete any game content and or profile(s). No need to contact Xbox Support. If you could please do this twice. That would be great.

*On your console, go to Settings > System > Storage > Highlight Hard-Drive > press Left Bumper > Right Bumper > X Button.
