Losing Xbox live connection when I start a game

Okay, so I was joining a mission on GTA 5 and it said that I couldn't because I somehow lost connection. So I did a network check and it said everything was fine and I was connected to live. When I went back to the game, I didn't get a message, but I wouldn't
let me join online, I hit the home button and pressed join Xbox live, and it said my connection to Xbox live has been lost. I did the network check again and it's fine. As soon as I leave the game, it reconnects to live. I don't know what to do

I figured it out..... had to reinstall my profile and problem solved!

Its same for me but on xbox one. Like every 30 mins i get a message "your conection to xbox live was lost" i even upgraded my router did everything, and this happens on xbox only.
