Discus and support Losing signal FROM Xbox to Television in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My TV continually loses signal from the Xbox.     Losing signal FROM Xbox to Television


    My TV continually loses signal from the Xbox. Doesn't matter if I'm playing games, Watching Netflix, or watching TV. I have changed inputs on the TV. and i have switched HDMI Cables and it still does it. Any Ideas? Its a brand new TV.

    When i turn on my Xbox one it won't give any signal to my television 10 minutes later it gives signal but it stays stuck on a green screen is the a solution thanks

    Sorry about the trouble you're having with starting up your Xbox One. The green screen you're seeing sounds like it may be related to a system update issue. Check out this

    I'm having similar issues myself. TV freezes up when changing channels for me. Black screen or video, audio lock up's.

    I did go out and buy high speed 18Gbs HDMI cords and chucked the one that came with the XB1. It has improved a lot, but still not acceptable. Hoping for an update to fix it. I see on google searches there are lots of user's out there having the same problems.

    it reminds me of is the same as when you change the settings for the display and it goes out for a second while it changes resolution. Anyone been able to resolve this issue?

    If this only happens to you with a television or a specific type of television (and it gives you a signal without problem on others) then it means that it is not a problem with the Xbox console, but with the television where it does not give you a signal, so you I recommend contacting their manufacturer directly for better assistance.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Is your television not able to detect a signal from the console? Is the television able to detect the video signal from the console,
    but the screen remains black when you turn on the console? Is the console's power button lit up and does it make the start up sound when it's turned on? Be sure to let us know the results!

    I've heard that HDMI signals have no region lock though, and bypass such limitations, working on televisions from any region.
