    Losing saved games


    Hi,

    I have the ultimate game pass, my wife plays the game Ark Evolved. Twice now she has turned on the Xbox, logged in, and tried to start the game when the game has loaded she has found all her progress gone. is this a fault in the game? if i bought the
    game would her saved games be stored on the Xbox drive?

    Can you please give any advice on how to stop this happening.

    She might be shutting it off before the game has time to save, even if she did it manually or not

    Hello, On one occasion it happened to me with mortal Komat 11, in the same way I played like crazy and I got many coins and one day suddenly I said that my data was damaged. To which I resorted to uninstall
    the game again to install it, I magically worked my game charge as I left it. I hope it serves you, greetings.

    This just happened to me and my son today. We had every single character unlocked, all the levels, and most other stuff etc. And when we loaded the game today it made us restart at 0%

    I'm experiencing similar problems. Autosave doesn't works at all, and even if I save my progress manually at checkpoint the progress is lost. The only thing that is saved is progress afrer finishing a level. Pretty frustrating.. :-(
