  1. Losing Premium Licence - repeatedly


    Since Windows update to version 1607 I keep losing my Premium access to Microsoft Solitaire Collection App on my Surface Book (but not on my Microsoft 950 phone also on build 1607). Resetting the App from Settings > System > Apps & Features > Microsoft
    Solitaire Collection > Advanced options > Reset does not address the issue and doing the same with the Store App appears to disable the Store App.

    The only fix I Have found is Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>Troubleshooting> Search for "Store" > Windows Store Apps > Run as Administrator > Reset and open Windows Store > (ensure check box under advanced to repair) - Message is "Windows Store
    cache may be damaged - Fixed"

    This fixes the issue but only until Surface is restarted - when starting the Microsoft Solitaire Collection App I am asked if I want to upgrade to Premium and intrusive adverts are displayed / no premium bonus etc.

    This is a real pain so any permanent fixes will be much appreciated

    EA sucks a fat one.

    Just licence transfer the online pass and his premium (if he has it) onto your console, simple.

    Thanks for the info Player, I tried the reset and open store option and now I get a different error message, I can't connect to the windows store, make sure it is working.....oh well....LOL

    I have exactly the same issue. Tried everything (wsreset, delete caches, uninstall multiple times), Nothing works. My Premium license is not recognized and I have a "Reinstall from Windows Store" message box each time I try to buy Premium again.

    I tried to fully reinstall Windows 10. Premium was back for a couple of days and then Premium was not available again.

  7. I finally reset my time, even though it was correct, then set it back to the correct time and now everything works.....go figure
