    if you are expanding to quick this can cause it, also how is the education, police, fire and hospital/clinic coverage, these all play their part in population growth.

    Yeah,could be one of a number of things,especially when you start getting a big population.Could just be a "death wave".

    Been a while since i've played it but i'm sure you can check on your citizens somewhere & see what their needs are & why they are unhappy & leaving.
