Losing points

Discus and support Losing points in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Went to bed with only 100 points to get to the 20145 Community Goal. Opening it up today, it has been reset to 1267!     Went to bed with only 100 points to get to the 20145 Community Goal. Opening it up today, it has been reset to 1267! This has happened more than once and demotivating.

    Losing level experience points

    Last night when I started to play Destiny I was just short of hitting level 28. Six hours of playing later, today I'm a third of the way to level 28. WTF? I thought this happened to me before but I thought I just imagined it. Now I know it's not my imagination
    but actually happening. Anyone else experience this issue?

    A little concerned about MP

    You only lose some xp points for the online portion, or the notoriety points. You don't lose points towards your next skill point. But, it's not that big a deal, really, unless you're really trying to get all the online skills.

    Not sure but if you lose i think you lose some 'rank' points.

    Ok Thank you for you'r help I thought this was a glitch at first becuase Im aware its happened to others before but your link provided me with what was the cause of this and I thank you for that, you did answer my question.

    Go to https://billing.microsoft.com and click Micrososft Points to see your point activity. If you notice anything suspicious you'll need to call support and have them do an unauthorized access
    investigation.

    i also had this problem i lost 720 msp on a purchase that i didnt do, i contacted support that said i had purchased toy soldiers which i didnt and i checked my history and it wasnt there, they said they would lock my account and do an investigation but they
    have yet to do so....
