Losing Original email address

I appreciate Microsofts security measures but like me im sure many people have been autosigning in , changing phones and getting new email accounts and long forgetting them , If Microsoft has this information would it really be difficult for them to send
an alert to the email address associated with a particular gamertag without any crucial information or sensitive information??? At that point a person would at least be able to go through a security check to verify their identity, and then update their accounts. Im
just *** that ive lost 15000 or so Gamerscore and saved games . It shouldn't have to be this difficult.

If you know the Gamertag but don't know the e-mail address, Xbox Support should be able to verify your identity through sending a security code to the alternative security method phone/e-mail (which is different to the actual Gamertag's e-mail you've forgot\)

Once you verify that, you'd have verified the account and they should be able to tell you what that e-mail address is you're trying to know.

The quickest method in doing this is through support chat.

If the gamertag auto loads on your console you should be able to see the email address in the upper right corner of the screen. Otherwise please do give phone support a call. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they will be able to
give you the email. If you live in North America you can dial 1-800-469-9269

 

It only shows the gamer tag . Not the email address associated with the account.

 

give it a few seconds it should flash up there if you have an email associated with the account

 

It can also be found under Account section of the 360. Security I believe.
