losing Minecraft skins after logging back into my main account

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues changing the skin of your character in Minecraft. If Minecraft doesn't recognize your skin, then go to the main Minecraft Settings page, find the General tab, and make sure "Only Allow Trusted Skins" is toggled off.

Here is how to equip new items to your character in the dressing room.

Note: The Dressing Room is exclusive to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

How to use the Dressing Room in Minecraft

Character creator items

If you are looking to add character creator items to your Minecraft character, follow these steps:

Start Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. 

Select Dressing Room. 

Select the character slot you want to edit or a new one. 

Select Edit Character. 

Open the Body or Style tab. 

Find the item in the proper section. 

Click Equip.

How to equip classic skins in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition

If you instead want to use a classic skin from something you purchased in the Marketplace, do the following:

Start Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

Select Dressing Room.

Select the character slot you want to change the skin of or a new one.

Select Edit Character.

Select Classic Skins on the left bar.

Browse through and select the skin you want to use.

Click Equip.

Note: Classic skins cannot be customized with character creator items.

If you're still experiencing issues, go into the game settings, log out of your Minecraft account, and then log back in to resync your account.

My Minecraft skin packs are gone after I logged into Microsoft

Following this as ive had the same thing happen.

ok so that day i unlinked my account because i was trying to log in an alt account but i couldnt for some reason , then i created another psn account for my other account and logged in whilst my main account was unlinked . I left home with my alt logged on and my main unlinked . Then i came back home and i couldnt log in my main . 1 week ago i unlinked my alt from my alt psn account trying to log in my main psn account with my alt . But in a matter of seconds of unlinking my account and switching psn , it said it was allready connected even that i unlinked . I can still log on xbox app and minecraft on my phone

It didn't goes back to not having any account, i do have to wait a while to get my account to get signed in and sometimes it crashes while logging in.

the problem i was showing was when i change the custom skin, then i re-launch, it didn't stay there, instead it changes to Steve or Alex Skin or other Minecraft Store Skins.

I am using Realme 3 Pro (Android)

And i'll try adjusting the settings you've given.

Sorry, this didnt help, right when i updated my nintendo switch and logged into my minecraft account all my skin packs and minecoins were gone i think the update did something and glitched my minecraft log in, other people have had this happen too!
