Losing games Pictures... 2 specialists believe the issue should be the preview program

Since digitally downloading The Evil Withing 3 weeks ago, due to the 66% rebate the game had, I start seeing or not seeing some Cover art picture on 3 of my games. The Evil Within, and 2 of my others games I have cover just before then: Resident Evil Revelations
and Metal Gear 5 Grounds Zero. I even took a picture of my now ugly My games place to send it to some representatives, cause no one seems to understood what I means by losing cover art...

Well, its like having 3 boxs in my games stuffs that now show anything else that Xbox Live and a white box instead of the front picture of what my 3 games should look like normally.

I used to like having digital game with xbox, but now if i start losing all my cover pictures, I would no longer buy them.

I would like this to be solve as quickly as possible...

Xbox One won't read games

Are you in the preview program? I believe this issue might be being patched soon

Clear your cache. If that doesn't work then remove all your 360 updates and redownload them via LB + RB + X twice on the storage screen.

 

Already try it many time...

 

I keep seeing more and more threads of people saying their cover art is disappearing for certain games. It may be wrong directory paths serverside or a bug of some sort which some say it is.

 

Xbox Live is pretty broken though, with some games being taken off the marketplace, it throws a lot off.

 

Hey there, ParadoxReal8! Would you be able to let me know what games you are seeing these images not loading up on, please? I checked a couple things here and I'm able to load up all game images just fine on my end. A lot of times, the reason why the images
don't load is due to your internet connection. However, I want to see for sure if they are actually not loading before I jump into network troubleshooting. Thanks!

EDIT: Haha, let me actually read your post, it says it right there. I was able to see all 3 of those on the console here. Have you tried moving them to a different storage device or deleting them and redownloading them? This might get the
art to recover. Give that a shot if you haven't and let us know how it goes!

 

Thanks Misses Quinzel, but 3 weeks now since I have this problem...

I'm kind of a tech myself. Talk to a lot of representatives since then and did almost everything I could ( Empty cache, moving game and redownload, and even delete my profile with everything... Yes, not on purpose, but I losed every saves file I had in trying
to do that, so I'm a little disappointed that nothing seems to work and that no one on Xbox seems to understand...

I use a 30/mbs internet connection and I'm the only one using it. It is wired. I don't think connection is the problem here.

Hope you could do something about it cause to the contrary of what your representatives told me, this problem seems to spread, and not seeing what we digitally bought is not good publicity for digital gaming in the future.

A few things left that I would like to cover. Even with your network the way it is, I'd suggest that you take your console to someone else's house and test it there on your console. That will definitely help point if it's something on our side or your console,
or if it's on your network.

Do you happen to be in the preview program for 360? We may need to get you over to those forums if you are.

What region are you in? Xbox Live experiences differ in each region, and I can look into if some changes have been made in yours.

 

I'm in Canada, Quebec and I was in the Preview program, I just pull it off but like the representative told me I still have the Preview update until next update arrive. I don't think changing place will solve the problem, cause when I change profile 2 of
3 of the cover arts I had lost reappear so I'd say it's depend from the connected profile. Strange isn't? Anyway, one thing is sure, my account bought The Evil Within, not my other one, but still just my other account can see the picture of The Evil Within
game. I also lost, in the same time Metal gear ground zero which I had and which I can see with other Profiles. That's a little sad cause I already pre-order Phantom Pain which I will receive retail on the mail when it will be out.

After the update today, I still see the preview program that I suppose to be off and I still don't see my cover arts
