Losing gamerscore?

    The past few days I've lost several hundred gamerscore randomly. Just wondering when that'll be fixed? Also, has anyone else experienced this problem in the last little while?

    Forum moderators are just regular users like you and me who volunteer to keep the population here under control. They aren't employees of Microsoft.

    The chances of running into an employee in the general sections are slim indeed. The only guaranteed place would be the Suspensions and Ban section and they only handle enquiries about....well suspensions and bans.

    You could try the support sections but most questions posted tend to be answered by Ambassadors, who are also just regular users of the forum and not employees

    No you will not lose your Gamerscore points as you're moving your gamer and its contents (such as the Gamerscore points) to a new Email.
