    Losing Game Saves


    A while back I bought this game for my kids, who loved the movie and LOVE this game, however, We have lost the game saves 4 times now. Having to restart everything from scratch! Very frustrating as the love to free play with all the characters, and are upset
    each time they have to do everything over and over.

    If the game saves to the Cloud, why is it getting lost?

    I'm experiencing similar problems. Autosave doesn't works at all, and even if I save my progress manually at checkpoint the progress is lost. The only thing that is saved is progress afrer finishing a level. Pretty frustrating.. :-(

    This just happened to me and my son today. We had every single character unlocked, all the levels, and most other stuff etc. And when we loaded the game today it made us restart at 0%

    Hello, On one occasion it happened to me with mortal Komat 11, in the same way I played like crazy and I got many coins and one day suddenly I said that my data was damaged. To which I resorted to uninstall
    the game again to install it, I magically worked my game charge as I left it. I hope it serves you, greetings.
