    the message keeps saying connection in progress however sometimes after several minutes it doesn't connect and then it says try again. some days it never does so I lose my daily reward.. Microsoft this is a terrible app..fix it please

    Losing rewards

    Twice in a row I have lost my rewards after playing. First, the connection was lost just when I clicked Collect. The next game failed to give me my rewards after clicking Collect!! I just lost a LOT of rewards, tickets, and coins that were spent. Is
    anyone else having the same problem? Microsoft, please fix these problems. You were completely down for days and had hoped that you fixed your issues. Thank you

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    I am not getting my correct keys rewards and the game keep restarting losing points

    I've imported several saves from Origins to the DLC and to DAII without issue. However, all of my saves have been from the campsite and after the final battle. Are you able to start DAII with a default story? If you can't, then you probably have some real
    issues. If you can, then maybe you should throw Origins in, play the final battle and then save in camp. I got no ideas past that.

    h0rn3t666     said, as BioWare has 'officially' ended all development for DAII (The third expansion 'Exalted March' was cancelled so they could work on Dragon Age III), anything else they had planned for DAII would've been cancelled as well.

    ... and if the rumors about Dragon Age III are true.... then this'll be the end of my relationship with BioWare.

    Dragon Age 2 Won't Start or Install

    I’m also having the same problem as op. I’ve tried uninstalling DAII but now it won’t let me reinstall it when i insert my DAII disc. I cleared my local save data as Xbox Support said corrupted support data may stop installations but that didn’t help.
    I also signed into my Xbox 360 profile as suggested and that did nothing. I’m really not sure there’s anything else i can do but its getting pretty frustrating just sitting here getting the “make sure you’re signed in to Xbox Live” or “you need this update
    but we can’t get this right now” errors. I’m connected to Xbox Live and I’ve even downloaded and started a random free game from the store. This is only happening with DAII as fas as I can tell. I was really hoping to continue my DA adventures tonight but
    it looks like that won’t be the case. DAII is my favorite one too. And this is coming right on the heels of not being able to import my world save in DA:I for weeks. Why so much trouble with the Dragon Age titles?
