    Another Complaint

    What is with the MS Bingo? Can't the MS Nerds get the lost connection problem fixed? Having a hard time playing the game due to the lost connection. Then after losing the connection, I lose my rewards and most times cannot finish a game.

    Why am I back to Day ONE on rewards? AGAIN! This is getting old. I am losing several rewards since MS is not on top of this issue

    What is going on with Bingo these days? Since Thursday or Friday, ongoing issue with "connection in progress" when transitioning from completed game to game rewards board, thereby losing all bingos &/or rewards; sometimes after spending tickets for additional
    5s. I have lost at least 10 bingos plus keys and luggage card rewards since Sunday. I observed from reading 'chat' posts that this problem is pervasive!

    Every week there seems to be some sort of 'connectivity' problem. Why can't a permanent remedy be found!!!!???@@###*** Don't need this kind of aggravation!
    I'm not losing any rewards---CAN'T CONNECT!!!!!

    I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.

    The Microsoft Bingo server doesn't work PERIOD. You can't get a connection whatsoever. If you do get one at all, it doesn't last and you lose tickets and rewards. It's very frustrating and the rewards aren't reimbursed or should I say haven't been so far.
