Losing connection while asleep.(instant on)

Yes as long as the power settings are set to instant on. As this means the xbox is always listeningon network and carries out updates while your asleep.

I know of this due to having the similar issue it making sure that the drive doesn't disconnect/fall asleep due to the console is on instant on mode it will do that repeatedly even when the console is asleep. I suggest the power saving settings to help you.

Hi Cowboy! Let me ask, when was the last time you power cycled your console? I went through a stretch of time where my automatic updates weren't, y'know, updating automatically, and a hard reset fixed the issue. But yes, the games SHOULD be updating automatically
in the background while the console is asleep in Instant On mode.

Some games get title updates regularly to add new features or fix bugs.

Its probably just that. If you are using energy saving mode you will get prompted to download them when you start the game.

If you are using instant on then it normally happens while console is asleep unless you wake the console before its finished.

What they should do is............While the Reapers are in Deep Space asleep. Take the fight to them with a mini nuke for each Reaper and while they are asleep quietly plant the nukes on them and then watch the fireworks. Job done.
