    Hello,

    I've spent a decent chunk of time playing Dragon Age Inquisition's multiplayer. After the initial release, I had zero problems maintaining a connection with EA servers. Recently (sometime in the last couple of weeks), I have encountered a problem where after
    approximately 45 minutes of gameplay, I am booted to the game's main menu, and informed that I have lost my connection with Xbox Live. It then prompts me to sign in again, and connects normally. This occurs like clockwork during play sessions in both Dragon
    Age Inquisition and Titanfalll. I do not have problems with other games, like Destiny, or other Apps, like Netflix. This seems to be unique to EA games. I have a relatively robust Internet connection (50mb/s) and don't experience any problems
    with the household computers. My NAT is open.



    Any ideas here? Is this an issue between my Xbox One and EA servers? Anything I should try on my Xbox One?

    Xbox keeps losing connection every 5-10 minutes?

    I had the same issue a few years back It might be signal your router is putting out for the Wireless/wired connection other than that I am not 100% sure what could be the issue

    First, I would try clearing your system cache 3 times, then turn off the Xbox. Restart it to redownload the most recent update. After that is done, try deleting your profile, (Profile only) and redownloading your profile. Try it. If that doesn't help, then
    you may need to try Port Forwarding, which should be explained at your modem/router's support website. And open these ports:

    TCP,UDP 53

    TCP,UDP 80

    TCP,UDP 83

    TCP,UDP 1863

    TCP,UDP 3074

    This should fix your problems, and should fix any NAT type error you may have.

    I've started timing it that every 45 minutes i lose connection while watching a movie. During these 45 minutes I am not using the controller.

    WD 1tb 3.0 USB "My Passport". I deselected the XB1 "turn off" power setting option that was recommended by Xbox, but still having the issue twice since doing that tonight.

    It's extremely annoying to me when I'm watching by myself, but it's well worse when I'm watching w/ a girl and in the middle of a good or meaningful scene it dies ... she's not happy

    Put your cup of tea on it and if stays hot, then we have a problem Houston. Just kidding. If you have had the console for a few years and often play high demand games like COD then it is time for service. Streaming or playing a movie should not stress it.

    Make sure your console is good and clean. Take it out of the shelf. Dust it. Get a can of dust off and spray what you can see, following the directions (meaning the object is to get rid of collected material, not embed it). Gently but firmly turn it over and
    get the collections out.

    After that, the recommended is to send it to a shop for service. The console should last you a couple of generations easily.

    You can search the web for console maintenance, but we do not recommend or support self-repair. Please have it sent in for maintenance.
