losing connection on Garden Ops

Can anyone help me with this problem plz,Tryed joining custom games(normal,Hardcore,crazy mode)i get to nearly wave 4 and somtimes wave 5 then it goes blank and sunflower comes up bottom right corner then goes back to main screen and says lost connection
to the game.My nat settings is open no scratches or finger prints,My xbox one is well ventilated aand dust free,I do sometimes host games i dont know if Gamers leave or get the above message,I do play multiplayer and never have thi this problem,It only happens
on Garden ops,Hope someone can help,ManyThanks in advance

Xbox one call of duty black ops four

inlive gameplay I keep losing connection it comes up on screen error connection lost Black ops server and the screen goes off ??

 

I can't help but I played Garden Ops this evening, I had 4 games and lost connection each time. Played Titanfall afterwards and that was fine, I only ever seem to have problems with this game.

 

We have an Xbox One. Problem getting message “Unable to connect to EA servers at this time."

In custom games (any mode/normal) between wave 3rd and wave 8th then it goes blank and sunflower comes up bottom right corner then goes back to main screen and says lost connection to the game. My no scratches or finger prints. My xbox one is well ventilated
and dust free. I do not host games. I do play multi-player and never have this problem. It only happens on Garden ops.
